The team was incredibly patient with me as I asked many different questions and ask for many different options until I finally made the decision. Once I chose the style they came to measure and finalize the quote. Installation was three weeks later and it looks terrific! Very happy with the end product.

One of the smoothest transactions since we own a house! Paula was super helpful providing the initial quote and setting up the appointment. Graziano showed us all our options, provided suggestions, and was in general very professional and pleasant to deal with. The railings were ready earlier than anticipated. The installer did a great job, without causing and particular noise/interruption (I am working from home and kids are in school meetings) and left everything clean. Did I also mention that the price was extremely reasonable?
We had just completed a new stone patio for our backyard and only needed a new railing for our staircase. Based on their stellar reputation, we opted to have the job done by Alumarail. We were put in touch with Edward and Sal regarding this project. When Sal dropped by to take measurements of the staircase, we found him to be very pleasant, enthusiastic as well as very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to go along with Sal’s suggestion for the design and outer finish to match our patio. Edward took great care to get the new railings prepared and delivered for installation, which was done to perfection. The final result is absolutely stunning!, including the finish, much better than we anticipated. The railings alone have upstaged the patio itself!. They are an immediate eye-catcher that have the attention and envy of our next door neighbours. Hired them for stairs railing. Nice finished product with good customer service. Paula from their admin team is pleasant to deal with for scheduling the install. It is but expensive compared to other quotes i had and took over a month to get installation done but it was already communicated to me so i knew what i was getting into. Definitely recommend them for railings.
We chose Alumarail based on other Homestar ratings and we thoroughly agree and were very happy with the end result. They were quick to respond, and the installation was professionally done and delivered on time. The sales rep brought a few samples to the house and explained everything to us which was so convenient. Our front porch is small and we chose a metallic, pewter gray which looked fantastic and different to the standard colours. Thanks again for a job well done!
