We had just completed a new stone patio for our backyard and only needed a new railing for our staircase. Based on their stellar reputation, we opted to have the job done by Alumarail. When Sal dropped by to take measurements of the staircase, we found him to be very pleasant, enthusiastic as well as very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to go along with Sal’s suggestion for the design and outer finish to match our patio. Edward took great care to get the new railings prepared and delivered for installation, which was done to perfection. The final result is absolutely stunning!, including the finish, much better than we anticipated. The railings alone have upstaged the patio itself!. They are an immediate eye-catcher that have the attention and envy of our next door neighbours. The team was incredibly patient with me as I asked many different questions and ask for many different options until I finally made the decision. Once I chose the style they came to measure and finalize the quote. Installation was three weeks later and it looks terrific! Very happy with the end product.

Graziano showed us all our options, provided suggestions, and was in general very professional and pleasant to deal with. The railings were ready earlier than anticipated. The installer did a great job, without causing and particular noise/interruption (I am working from home and kids are in school meetings) and left everything clean. Hired them for stairs railing. Nice finished product with good customer service. Paula from their admin team is pleasant to deal with for scheduling the install. It is but expensive compared to other quotes i had and took over a month to get installation done but it was already communicated to me so i knew what i was getting into. Definitely recommend them for railings.

We strongly recommend Alumarail manufacturing inc. to anybody. They did an excellent job replacing our old rotten wooden railing with beautiful aluminium railing, so many different style and colour to choose from and they did a professional job.
